A Donkey In A Horse Race
Once there was a horse race. A donkey happened to be present amidst the spectators. It seems a fairy appeared before the donkey and said ‘Run the race along with the horses. If you win, I will turn you into a horse.’ The donkey immediately took one of the lanes.
A horse from the adjacent lane sarcastically asked ‘Do you think you stand a chance?’ It seems the donkey replies, ‘Anyhow, I am a donkey. If I loose the race,I will remain a donkey. But what if I win! I have everything to gain and nothing to lose.’
Moral: For every sales call,we go empty handed.Make the presentation believing we will get a success. If we did’t we are still with empty –handed. We have everything to gain from every sales call ,but nothing to lose……..
