One of my colleagues is working in a reputed company.
During our discussion I came across one thing that her company isn’t deducting PF,
Whenever she goes to HR, HR is saying that if you are interested to contribute the PF you can,
Company is paying company’s part.
I would like to know is there any low under which employee is having choice to PF contribution.She is having good package (3.5 L/A). She is on company’s pay role also.
As well as employee in organization may be more than 100.
