Hi,
I got the opportunity year and a half back to work with a Start up Software firm so i handled all the HR activities over there, which gave me nice experience.I got that opportunity through a friend so all I can suggest is that as you are working simultaneously keep looking for options ,upload ur resume in Times job and consult some consultants.
Hope this helps.

hi best way to crack an interview is just be honest with whatever is asked and when you are not lying or faking then obviously you will be confident. Today technical knowledge is not primary requirement , primary requirement is confidence. so just go ahead and do your best. Al d best.
