The plan of changing the name of the overtime in payslip to something else is stupid and counterproductive

There are obviously records of in and out times and the fact that the employee did overtime.
They have to be paid overtime in accordance with the law.

It needs one complain by an employee and the house of cards fall apart.

Incidentally, if you pay extra under 'Good work allowance' for the extra hours, when the inspection happens and there is proof that overtime was done, the company will be required to pay it again, irrespective of what was already paid. Plus penalty and prosecution for payroll fraud.

As for the other question, overtime applies to every person in the factory other than the factory manager or occupier, because everyone else is a worker, and therefore overtime applies. It does not matter if he is a staff member, manager, officer, associate, or by whatever name you call. Every person in the factory is a worker
