While agreeing with our senior Mr. Umakanthan Sir which is also supported by many including another senior Mr. Madhu.T.K, I would like to know from you as to what you do when any employee proceed on any other kind of leave, whether you pay him target based incentive?
If answer to this is yes, then you have to pay this incentive to the woman on maternity leave.
I have seen some profit link incentives which are paid to the employees even they are on paid leave.
Secondly, you should see that there is no discrimination.
