Hi All,
I am a recruiter working for a consultancy , could you give in some tips how to select sales staff from a group of jobseekers who posses same exp and skills?
Have faced great difficulty in past couple of month , after hiring sales guys from couple of companies i had placed , left giving stupid reasons like employee is too strict on leaves , personal probelms etc.
How can we predict longevity of a candidate?

Dear Professional colleagues,
This is a simple question which have a very complex answer. Though difficult to follow because of inumerable reasons with in as well as outside your control but still the following may help an organisation to retain their employees.
1. A competitive remuneration policy.
2. A challenging and transparent work environment infested with delivery and growth.
3. A non political and transparent performance management system.
4. A good reward and recognition system.
5. A meaning ful and real fun @ work Place.
