We declared 30 employees under EPF amnesty scheme for the month of Dec-16 in Jan-17. Please advise how to pay for the contribution and damages for these 30 employees now. Jan-17 chalan paid successfully.
Thanks.

go to ESIC portal, you must have declared them from back date, file each month ECR for the employees, pay the same Interest and D-18 will appear within 15 days after successful payment

Thanks. I already paid regular chalan for Dec-16 and Jan-17. Please advise whether to select monthly contribution with Dec-16 or Supplementary contribution with Dec’16 for declared employees.
From India, Lucknow
if you have added additional employees from back date, then it will allow to file Contribution again, for the additional employees.

Thanks. Really appreciate your kind advise. Please clarify whether upload as supplementary or regular excel sheet for Dec - 16 contribution.

no excel or supplement, just click submit, and you will see the unpaid member's list , fill the details online, and submit. one month filing will make you confirmed that how many employees you have added in then you step for excel utility for those specific members only.
