Dear Mr. Peer,
I would like to ask you whether u've opted for any of these programe, if yes, then from which institute. Even I'm planning to get an enrollment done for one of the programmes. Please suggest honestly, what i should do and how it is going to be beneficial for me.
Please share your opinion on the industry recognition for E MBA from XLRI for PGCHRM. Are these certificates are accepted by the Good industry's like TATA's, Infosys, Google, Microsoft, etc. etc.
Please revert at the earliest.

My perception about this discussion is that we should know what we want to be in future,keeping our competency in mind.
XLRI and IIM has polished good number of student every year and it is not certificate ot training which a executive will get,but the content of th course is impotant and how it help in encashing in terms of CTC factor and enriching knowlege in operation.
Every HR person cannot understand lingo of XLRI and IIM.Both are unique in their fundamentals.
I think, we need to know ourself first and based on this, we can take counselling with email or on phone or reference with both institute and compare the out come.

I did MBA from IGNOU with HR specialisation. Do any of certificates on MDP of XLRI or IIM-A will benefit me in my career. I would like attend MDP on perfromance evaluation from XLRI wef 28 Jan to 1st Feb.
There is another HR program in XLRI. I am at present in recruitment, Training & development area. Performance evaluation benefits me or should I go for MDP certificates in my specialistion.
Please guide me.
