Employee engagemment is the emotional attachment the employees have for their organisation. It is pyshic factor that shows the integration of the employee to the organisation one works for.
Grievance is the irritation or the uneasinesiness an employee feels towards any aspect in the functioning of an enterprise, for example it may be low salary, denial of promotion or anything that gives rise to a feeling of dissatisfaction. So, while EE is a + feeling, grievances evoke -ve feelings towards the organisation.
