Hi buddy,

I can very well understand your situation.

Still would like to suggest few things :

1. Try to analyse the whole situation & see if any flaw is there from yourside. Now a days, most of the cos. expect the new person to be enthusiastic & the one who can take initiative. It's very imp. to keep healthy relationship with your subordinates as well as with your sr.

2. Speak to your boss directly without taking the HR person in between. There might be different reasons involved behind all this. Your boss might not want to disclose these in front of HR person.

3. As everyone has suggested, start looking out for another option immediately but this time make sure that you will not repeat the same story. Try to find out more details about the co. & if you are satisfied with the same then only approach them.

For others those have replied for this : Don't over react to this situation. I feel it's part of every ones professional life. Try to suggest some good things rather than demotivating him.

Thanks

hi guru.....

i will also suggest you to quit the company and not to go for any legal actions as again it may be head ache for you.

but my only suggestion for you is, before you quit the company you can explain the situation directly to the CEO i.e whats going on in the company and they have to provide some induction and training programs for new employees and any person/company cannot appriase the perforamnce of an individual in only 20 days, so that they cannot do the same to some other persons. i am not telling that the management will listen to you and follow your words, but there should be someone who can point out there mistakes.

i think you can clearly explian what are their mistakes and faults.

and another thing is if you can give your information i.e regarding your qualification and experience in this site, i think you may get some offers.

the above mentioned is only my suggestion, if you do not like or if does not sounds good, just ignore it.

hope everything will go well with you,

and all the best for your future.

bye....

jyothi.

Dear Guru,
If it has happened with so many people then i must say "YOUR CEO IS MAD" how he is become the CEO if he dont know how to handle the people. Morever, HR policy is also lacking. I am sure that CEO dont want good HR policy and as a reason HR manager is only enjoying his days by following the word "BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT".
About your situation, you pl. change the job immediately. Dont stay with such unethical company.
All the best
Thanks,
Amit
