Did you by anychance sp[eak to the Senior HR manager? or anyone one on higher post in recruitments about this???
Did you inform you friends colleges in office? let everyone know about this that some people are really Unfair with you... let them get exposed first....
or just drop an email to all related employees that wat have they done with you, demand an answer .....

Yes one person alone support me to go for legally because what they did to me is offensive. They are not ready to speak or discuss after CMD informed no option . But I don't why this type of decision management decided they are telling. Being private limited company deciscions are taken by CMD not board members will knock their head to safeguard their position.
Finally I have mailed to CMD about what the seniors and ED doing to me requested let see his replies or else need to take action.
