Just a suggestion, for HR why don’t you position CITEMAN as the Indian Dilbert , and use humor to present HR issues.
Dear CHR...
I Know the concept of CiteMan is very close to you and you have really worked hard at it, i have brought up this issue because i consider citehr as a part of my daily routine and i thought i should be giving you an outside view since our site operates in public domain...i hope u take this post in the right way....

Hi Scare_crow,
I am actually glad you brought this up. It helped in portraying a clearer picture of what the character is about. CiteMan is just as important as any of our members or any corner of the website network. Of course the purpose of the character makes it important.
I am testing the new header on the least active domain of the network. You can take a look: https://www.citeops.com
Warm regards,

Hi CHR..
Just went through the proposed new header... looks quite odd... but maybe because we are not accustomed to it...
I was thinking it to be something of this type.. which gives a full look of how are Citeman looks...
Attaching the picture of a mascot... have a look... it looks much more lively...
