90 days notice or salary in lieu of notice
1. Notice is for 90 days then salary will also be for 90 days itself.
2. if you will work for 89 days then also they can recover from you 90 days salary but that will be concern of humanity for 1 day.( due to shortfall of notice period days)
3.if your salary is 15000 Pm then you need to pay 15000/30=500*90=45,000/-
