Dear Arun . the post is too late but yes it can be addressed, first of all mark a complain to banking ombudsman with a cliam that this Act of the Bank have ruined your career and when recently you were intereviewed somewhere the position got lost due to such mis spreading at Bank officials end. Then at that time the cause of action would get revived and then you may start up your complain. Next step move your complain within next 7 days to CVO of the Bank and CVO at New Delhi (Centralized).
