Dear Seniors,

Please accept my heartiest thanks to all for your favorable suggestions.

Here once again I am in a need of your suggestions, kindly help me in this matter also which is related to this enquiry.

Before 2-3 days I received a call from HR and he was offering me a position in company's branch which is nearest to me. But he was saying that before it I have to resign from my previous post and there will be rejoining with a new employee code. After listening him carefully I refused his offer and said that I will join only on my previous employee code. He said that it will be difficult but ask for some time for this and disconnect the phone.

Now my some questions in this matter are mentioned below, kind help me with your valuable inputs:-

1. Would they will offer me previous employee code or I have to join with new one.

2. Can I claim for any kind of promotions. Because there is of 6 years period has been over and if I was in service then definitely I had get 2 or 3 promotions.

3. Can I claim for any kind of present scenarios salary, because if they will provide me 6 years before salary then it will be difficult to survive.

4. Is there will be any kind of compensation, which I can claim from company.

If any other helpful point which anyone is having then kindly share.

Awaiting for all yours suggestions.

Thanks & Regards

Amit Kumar

With new employee code, your earlier history, service will be closed and your new history as a fresh employee will begin. Think carefully before accepting such sweet offers which have deeper meaning.
