In Haryana based manufacturing company, we wish to maintain computerized printed records (All Legal registers under factories act) .
How can we request desired approval from labour department? is there any format to apply the same.
Please share your views and expertise.

There is no format You need to write a letter of request and then follow,up with the chief inspector and get the approval
