Dear All, I also having doubt that, leave encashment calculation should be done on 26/30 days. Kindly give clarification if i am doing it on 30 days so is it illegal?

TDS has to be deducted from leave encashment You can not show it as staff welfare or any other head In case of audit, this will be found out and you will have a big problem in hand
