Hi Raj Kumar,

Thank you for your reply. To answer to your questions, I am in india, chennai, my company is registered in india and as well as in USA.

I get my salary credited to my salary account from my company. My client is an international client who has business in all over the world.

My company does aware of all legal things, thats why they avoid mail communication in this regard. Even the vice president of the company asked me to meet the HR in person to deal with it instead of mails when I included him on my e-mail chain.

I see there are other disputes going on in the company, one of my collegues resigned the job and served 3 months notice as per company poilicy. Its been close to 2 months after he served his notice, still dint get his releiving letter. HR is asking for 2 more months to release the releiving and final settlement. They also hold the last month salary from notice period.

No employer contribution on PF. So many things going on.....since I work in client place, i am getting to know about all that only now. I am very much worried what other surprises i will have to encounter.

Dear Member
In this case I will not speak much on rules or about your company. A lot of has already been spoken.
I would suggest that you should discuss the issue of loans with your husband. I am 99.999% sure that he will cooperate, manage and won\'t mind your responsibilities.
I have some knowledge about your loan EMI situation i.e. if you approach your bank or lenders about your problem and situation, they will definately give you relaxation for those 3 months and will extend/postpone EMI for that period. Though they will charge interest component for this extended period.
