Greetings for the day!!!
you are handling each and every activity of HR Gamut so you don't need to worry .
Your are a fresher and you have lot many things to learn and as of now you are learning 60-70% of the HR Activities.
So, my advice would be you can stay in that company for at-least two years and then move on.

Hi Deepa, for your knowledge, your position comes into HR Generalist profile, it could also be said as core HR but dont say recruiter to any one. so your designation will be HR executive.

Hi, I m working as HR Manager in a Real Estate company.. Can anybody suggest me the designations used in real estate industries?
From India, Pune
You have mentioned that you are an HR Executive. That is the designation. Anyway, why do you need it? I note that you have very clear responsibilities and challenges to look up to. You are learning and that will enable your growth. Your future employers (including growth within your Company) will be determined not by your designation, but by what are you good at.

Dear Anil Khatal,

Your job profile more suits for "Stores Executive" or "Warehouse Executive".

Nevertheless, if you are doing the same job for the last 11 years, then by now you should have moved into the commercial department or scaled up as Stores or Warehouse Manager. Therefore, it is high time for you to scale up.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
