Dear Mr. Subramanian,
I had already presented my views to Ms. Latha. I would like know more about the faculty standards. We employees are fond of complaining about management because its a human tendency. Henceforth, I just can't take her words for granted because i strong hope they haven't done anything wrong for which Director wants to bring in some changes through his Manager. Either something had happened or something is made to happen for some reason. We must to figure the facts.
At times, management wants to get things through managers as they don't want to be in the lime light. In such situation, it is the Manager whose image is at stake. This need to be carefully evaluated before we present our views.
With profound regards

Thank you very much HR Professionals for the inputs.

As I mentioned about situation, the management now aware and they handed over the matter to enquiry committee.

Committee did good work by asking personally with staff members and get feedback form filled by students but we little worried about that if committee take decision on the base of feedback form then it could not work because students give Good remark to all questions & may be they ignore faculties problem (manager-director state that staff demanding salary increment) and after this committee no one will turn.

The reason to approach cite hr is we want some good simple presentation to make them understand that because of their ego problem* institution will lose its image/credit.

* (suppose director discuss some matter with VP and he suggest better solution with view then she think that he underestimate her and she present this to manager in different way. Manager & VP are management person so manager think VP wants to control him)

Faculties keep mum because they don’t want to face director’s ground level language (she is holding high degree but ………) and one faculty resigned because of her harassement.

There is no big issues but small small things happened in routine and no one work/function peacefully . Director-Manager-Vice Principle are holds high degree that’s why we can’t suggest them in fact in spite of that, we tried to talk them but they think that we are supporting/favouring some one.

Some of your issues look to be : everyone wanting to do shadow boxing without getting hurt than solving the issue. This will never work, status quo will remain, the happiest people will be management who you believe to be the root cause of the problem. If u dont have the courage to bite the bullet dont be there and accept whatever is given to you. U and everyone should be prepared to face the consequences. I cant say anything more than that.
