Admin manual consists of HR aspects also. like recruitment policy, traning & development policy, pay roll mgmt, performance appraisal and management, holidays and leave policy especially lave policy varies from compnay to company, however you can suggest 3 national holidays like Republic Day, Independence Day and Gandhi Jayanthi and ahy other 5 holidays of the employees choice.Admin manual consists legal aspects like documentations like vendor agreement, consultant agreemet etc. It depends upon the nature of the organization you are working.

I have seen so many members are asking to send the attachment to their personal Email ID. If you people really wants to share / help others you need to post the manual in the Forum itself. Then it is easy for all those who required the particular topic. Instead asking for personal email ID and even not sending the same after so many reminders is not good. Hope you will appreciate my points

First I would like to appeaciate that you are taking iniciative to prepare manual; consultants are charging Rs. 50,000 to prepare manual as the whole administration budget depends on the manual you are going to prepare. Factors that needs to be consider is as follows:
01. No. of People in your company.
02. Overall budget that mgmt has assigned for administration.
03. Organisational structure. etc etc...
