HI Nevia,
Im really sorry but today Im here with a really important question for you..
Could you please let me know why you are posting your same query/question here again and again and making people confuse .. you are actually making spam here..
People are making great effort to resolve your problem but with this action of yours are making actually multiple responses.
I request you to please communicate on a single thread with a single subject and avoid multiple posting.

Anil KR Arora has made a valid observation. Thank you Anil for flagging. I have merged two threads.
I take this opportunity to say that we, the bloggers, should avoid posting same/similar messages in a number of threads. It only confuses others and, eventually, result in advisers shunning the site.

is there any simple way to come out this situation? Ignoring just, fair and reasonableness let citehr give Nevia a quick fix. That will be really wonderful

Greetings of the day

Mr Bhaskar , well i agree with you that she was worried with her problems. People are helping her and providing the solutions to her, and the same i said above that her multiple posts are not actually helping her in getting proper responses that supposed to be. I understand her concern even have had a conversation about this act via PM. She cleared this to me too but my motive was to convey this message not just to her but to all member here who put multiple post in bewilderment or with any anxiety.

Second, I express myself that im willing to know more about \her multiple posting and why she did this because I didnt know whether she is a new or a old member of CiteHR. I, actually, never try to go for profile of every member, for their inputs and seniority on this place before responding or replies, therefore, my response to her was just a preventive action to save our esteem CiteHR place from spam and confusing multiple post and a requested to everyone here.

I, you and we all knows that we already having numbers of duplicate material/post/discussions and we still are getting the same daily, and being a part of it knowing/unknowingly. We are actually helpless in this regard because we cant ask every member to go for SEARCH the content before posting or EDUCATE them for that kind of issues or put all the question with the same concern and subject under a single thread.

I respect your concern for her too but one more thing i would like to highlight here. If everyone started here try to highlight their concern and started feel like to get the attention of seniors, it is best and easy way to post query again and again, you can now understand what consequence of it we can get and i believe you wont disagree on it too

to go against them on legal grounds is something which is hard for common people like us.we can take such experiences as a lesson when we are through the next phase of job hunt.from what i learnt,
#at the final stage of interview (wen u r almost selected) get clarification on the gross and net salary, statutory compliances if any, salary cycle and salary date.
#exactly ask about the job details

Don't mention anything about the bad experiences at the previous company.
Tell them a harmless reason why you want to change. Complaining about the previous company/boss is always a bad idea and a sure shot way to kill your chances.
Also, don't let one bad experience scar you for ever. Not every company is like that. When you go in for a new chapter in life, don't let the ghosts of the past ruin your future and present.
good luck!

Dear Nevia I can understand your situation because I also gone through it but don’t mention the bad experience and wrong about your previous company in interview.

Some time it happens when we will work in a small organization. In this situation better to try in other place and use your past experience in a positive way.
Example: -
First of all interviewer will ask you about your current job then explain then how important you are for your current organization you are doing plenty of work, which are helping in the growth of the organization (ie. apart from your current job you are leading the sales of the organization).
And now you want to play a larger role and that is the reason you are looking for a better platform where you can use your skills and knowledge.
About your salary in the current organization:-
Some time its better to ignore such issues because your time is more important then money.
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!1
