However I suggest two complaints in concerned EPF office should be also filed: 1. against employer, alleging non depositing of PF in PF dept and requesting for refund/ transfer of PF amount deposited if any. 2. Complaint against PF inspector of that area where employer was located, seeking all relevant records of that employer for the period of employment of your PF account number and alleging his connivance and dereliction of duties in this default.....
