according to the latest amendments of bonus act 1965
1. the min 8.33% is raised to 11% and max 20%
2. the salary limit is raised to 10000 to 15000
3. the ceiling amount is raised to 3500 to 5000
all these are according to new bill but the bill was amend ended into the act?? or still the bill was not passed?? pls seniors can u give straight clarification to all of us..

salary for calculation of bonus as per query mentioned above is of to take amount from paid p.f. As mentioned in the query which can be <=10,000/- and not that 15000 amount.
