Good review of the Comp process. This is the basic/basis for the new process and as well a ready reckoner for the system in place.
Can we share a detail purview of the comp. & rewards in a specific industry so that our members can understand the counter pay systems and effect accordingly. We need to network on this part and in the process streamline the recruitment system.
Due to differential Comp systems in the intra industry the change/shift in jobs are very high. If there is some common system followed for specific grades to be worked out with HR Managers then the attrition rates can be curbed to some extent.
