Even you said owner's responsibility is not very much favourable in my condition. The outgrowing situation had came in from last two months and all efforts had been a failure..
Paying price as mentioned, is a big thing.. I cannot pay the price of my "Growth" which can boost me more in my career and other committments.. I dont know when company can pay me as a price when the situation like this come in their way.. HEnce, establishment can be my sacrifice..
