You can withdraw ur pf amount without contacting employer. It can be submitted with approval by any gazetted officer, and there is no need for submit affidavit for non membership. Bcoz ur p.employer was already intimated to pf org. via Form 10, u are resigned or left in the specified period . So can free to submit it for get settlement

Hi,
I think you have to talk with HR person of your company because without the help of them you can't get PF easily or do one thing more that you'll talk to the concern person in PF office.

the PF has been a mojor trick of frauds by employer & contractors. the government has enforced it UN-neceeserily to harass more & more workers through-out country.
for example- labors working for contractors never get PF though it is deducted by contractor, submitted or in many cases not submitted at all from main company or third party manpower consultant.
employee who want to change the job are harassed by employer for not given the PF form clearence.
the government agencies handling PF is itself a huge pool of fraudulent transactions all over country.
very few lucky people get Pf in their account.
in my case I worked for 5 companies & yet to receive any PF.
this PF is bull-##

you can not submit the form with the approval of gazetted officer/MLA/MP as they can not confirm your DOJ and LWD and in some cases you also need form 3-A Which your company will provide you.

Hi 1985,
PF is the benefit given to you to enjoy. Just because you are discomfortable with the management of your previous company, you are looking for alternatives neglecting the easy way... Send them the formal mail asking for the PF refund and ask them clearly the forms and any other formalities to be furnished in order to get your PF amount ASAP. And make them clear of the point that you are claiming your right. Afterall you are not asking for the money from their personal pockets, it is your part of the money and company, the legal person, is involved not the individuals holding the positions in that company. So make yourself strong to deal with it in the pragmatic sense...
All the best.......

Dear Sir,
Generally claim forms of PF should be signed by the last employer.
If he refuses, or in case of non existence of the firm, you can submit by obtaining the signature
of MLA.,MP, or any gazetted officer. In the claim forms itself you can find the details. Please act
accordingly.
