in UP the minimum wages wef apr 12 for unskilled worker is Rs 100 basic+74.14 DA=174.14/ Per Day.It becomes Rs 4528/- Per month, can I Take 2800 Basic+1750 Other Allwcs=4550.for an unskilled worker as pf will be calculated on the Basic only. plz comment and give your valuable advice.
