I agree with what the prevoius guys contributed. In short you have to formulate organisational polices, such as:-
1. General conditions of service- this policy governs day to day runnings of the business that is working hrs, remmunaration, overtime, allowances, leave, promotions, transfers etc- actually all staff welfare and should be in line with labour regulations and ILO standards.
2. Set up workers commitees so that you will be able to formulate your company code of conduct. This code is only functional after it has been registered with the relavant body and signed off by both parties (workers & management). This will help you deal with your grievances and discplinary cases quite easly.
3. Set up a SHE policy in line with occupational safety standards recognised in your country.

Mr Atul, Mr Shipra and Mr Navneet have suggested/opinion. However, before attempting to do anything, you first get to know the purposerole of your induction and your role in the company and have an action plan. You can also discuss with your boss before executing your plan.

I wonder if suggestions from Atul Malve and others would have been any different if they were given the following information given by Krishan in another thread, at the outset!!
" Yes, You are right i posted that thread also.
and regarding hierarchical table, no hierarchical table is here because every one is reporting directly to the managing director whether he is a sales executive or a goods packer. each and everyone is reporting to MD"
