if employee will be terminated, first you have to build records against him after that you can terminate the employee as per your company's standing order.
The following basic records should have in his personal file
1. Poor performance appraisal form with his acceptance on appraisal
2. Extension of his training / probation period
3. show cause notice and get his feedback
4. Proper letter for termination and settlement
without any legal document you can't terminate.

if tower manufacturing company is terminating 13 employees in 2004 by non compliance of statutory requirement,labour court has cancelled the case after five years , as terminated employees do not want to waste more my money & time, please suggest where to go & what to be to get proper justice?
