See Kirti, what if employee refused this change?? every one wants to get his/her complete salary in his hand though we all know that EPF is just like a saving and secure account also Pension scheme comes under this which is certainly a benefit for all employees. I have never said that you need to put forward this as OBLIGATION and this is not a Obligation but necessary action according to the act which is a legal requirement too. I dont think that your employees are not aware of EPC benefits or Legal compliance/Audits /Policies and this comes under HR Audit which is also a really important for your organization/Bank
You need to communicate and write to them them wisely. Do mention that it is a compulsory requirement. Also can take help of the EPF rules (Compensation Act).
Second, I wud suggest you to not just implement this EPF but also ESIC and discuss with your Bank Management.
Have you recently tried to speak to your employees in this? If NO, then you must do that but in a friendly nature but YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION MUST HAVE TO THINK OVER IT.
