Hi,
In our company as well its 6 days working and only 2nd Saturday off.
But all the employees want that all Saturdays or atleast alternate saturdays should be kept off.
But boss is not agreeing to it he always tells we will see about it later in such condition what should i do
and also we work 9 hrs per day........
Seniors please guide

What do u mean by 9.6x5=48, how it comes while 9 & half hour, if we multiply with 5 then it comes 47.5 not 48 just u calculate once again or it others means of 9.6 hours pl. Clearify....

2. Because of more working manpower they have Substitute in case of absent of one employee. Manpower is decrees or Increase as per their project and his demand. so they complete their task or project before time.
so they adopting all Saturdays as paid off ......

Dear Sushil, Normally, while fraction of 0.5 or more is rounded off to higher side, the fraction of less than 0.5 is ignored in calculations.

IT professionals do more creative and technical work. They don't have to deal with people instead they deal with codes, technical aspects and creative images or content. They need to have more brainstorming than any other team. So, they feel devastated on just getting Sundays as week off. So, they should be granted their Saturdays also as off
