I was actually suprised that when i asked for the appointment letter i myself being asked to draft and submit.
My query is :
1) in circumstances of non issue of appointment letter how can there be an evidence of being appointed in the Company.
2) should i resign in writing or just give them intimation of the same .
3) Further they make payment in cheque deducting PF and PT but do not issue salary slip.

Your best decision is to switch over to good job were you get all benefits. Till then retain. Money is also important factor for which we work, so dont quit wait and get a new job and join the organisation stating you are sick, availing your pay for the month.

As everyone mentioned this organization is not professionally managed.
1. Since you mentioned they have deducted PF from your Salary, ask them to provide PF number (this can be checked with PF dept), if they are able to provide PF number it is a sufficient proof of your employment.
By the way Salary is credited to your bank account or paid in cash ?
After considering all your points I can say that you may not learn anything except unethical practices if you are willing and would like to continue there.
My sincere advice is better to submit resignation letter mentioning all your points, say clearly that these are the reasons for resignation, get acknowledgement from them (with seal and signature).
You are a qualified professional so it is always suggested to be with professionally managed organizations for your carrier growth.

This is my third month in their Company.
They make payment by cheque.
Being qualified professional i think i must resign in writing though they have not issued me appointment letter .

Do some paper work first of all, without it you may fall in trouble in future.
It's better to leave such company. tell to all HR community about that company so that another gauri should not traped in such cases.

Submit resignation letter with all your points, there is no obligation on you to serve notice as neither you have signed on any agreement nor they have issued any appointment letter. You can quit any time without serving notice, but submission of resignation letter is suggested.

Dear All, As this is my only third month in service is it so that only tendering of resignation letter is sufficient and there is no need of relieving letter from the employer. Regards.

If they give relieving & Experience letter it's great, otherwise for all purposes you can use your resignation letter as relieving letter (you write resignation letter in such a way that it must have your joining date and last working day also). Acknowledgement with their seal on copy of your resignation letter is must for any purpose.
