Applicability Of Employees Compensation Act VS ESIC Act


Dear Sir, ESIC-1948 or WC Act-1923 is applicable or not applicable mention in any act. pl suggest.

One organization is registered under ESIC act. Wether the organization can be cover under employees compensation act at the same time if the employees wage ceiling is under Rs. 21000/-. Please clarify me.
