These Guidelines as per Employee Provident fund & MP Act-1952
1. Once if an employee completed 180 working days in any company he will withdraw both contribution.for this HR section head Signature is mandetary in form 3A.
2. His services 180 days or more than 180 days form 10c and form 19 is filled and submit with previous boss signature.
Accrding to my suggestion u mentioned ur now working . then u will better to transfer EPF Account to present locastion. it is easy to carry forward and rate of intrest on amount u will get.

he will get his contribution pf pf plus the employers contribution to pf and he will not get the pension portion i e 8.33%of basic,also sujjest him to attach on cancell cheque with application and most imp is that his bank account should be single only no joint account is allowed.

As per Maternity Benifit Act-1965
Any employee can avail 180 days Leave with full salary ( excluding cell provision ,FTA.etc..) No employer cant retrench after completion of maternity Leave. If your employer retrench you based on this cause?,The Law will protect You.
