Thank you very much for your reply, really it's benefit for me but we don't have any HR Policies in written documents what shall i should do and also for the payroll accounts department handling the employees salaries.

Hi to start with understand the company dealing into,go through the company link properly and know about the organization.
2) Make a policy Manual containing the whole structure of company.For policy making talk to your management and approve on each clause like Position Category ,Office Time,Salary Accounts, Lunch Break,Tea Break,National Holidays,Leave Policy,Termination Policy, Office Infrastructure Policy,Medical and lots of thing which you would like to add.
3) It is not easy to document it in a weeks' time.For all the above function you need to Sit with you Management and decide.
4) Also,the recruitment you can start with it.If you are in the small organization then please collect all the requirements as per the recruitment need and do the needful.
5) if you need any assistance do let us know. Its a very challenging experience to generate the company structure so work hard on it i am sure you will enjoy doing it.
