Hello Sameer K Ghosh,
it would be more meaningful & appropriate if you give the FULL DETAILS of your case.
Even though, superficially, both your's & Velu's cases LOOK similar, they definitely are NOT IDENTICAL. The situations OR background OR mentality of your boss OR any other factor could be different.
So what can be suggested to him MAY NOT work for you.....pl note I used 'may not'.

Hi,
Same prevails in almost all organisations, i think nothing is above self esteem & pride, don't allow anybody to play with the same.
If you feel, work done by you is in accordence with the guidelines set by the company then there is no point becomming submissive.
Read the book.. ANNOYED YOUR BOSS & SURVIVED..
ALL THE BEST!!!

hi,
It’s irritating to handle even situation when bosses starts treating you very personally at times in work and when there is small changes in responsibilities and we get so busy in our assignment within / other teams, the bosses really act very violently and hence the office gossips/ politics begins.
All I want to know why these personal relationships crop up, why do you want to make them, when we are well aware that we come to work here and not make any kind of relationships. Even occasions like personal parties, condolence and etc are treated as favor.
