Steve,

Its great that you are a trainer by passion, since you are so open about your weakness. I am in to corporate Training & Speaking business for the last five + years. Getting your participants attracted to you is a very important USP of any trainer. Since you are an in house trainer & the participants meets you regularly, your USPs are very well known to them. Let me put some suggestions. What is Personality....It is nothing but attracting people to you...So two things you should work on is Improve on your personality. i.e, 1st Be natural person to the core, never try to imulate others. As Swamy vevekanda Says " If you follow others, your footsteps will never be seen". Try to be Steve...be loseee. 2nd Motivation is very important. You cannout motivate any one, only you can ficilitate others to get motivated. Try techniques to get you your tem getting that facilitation each time you meet them. 3rd Repetatation is crueou will be a Great Trainer..

Good luck, GK

...Yl, so always come out with some kind of activities which is first time for them. At last try to invite guest trainers to combine your training calender so it compensates most of what I have said...Try hard
