Before proceeding I would like to bring to your notice that, this PGDHRM is a kind of certification course I mean kind of diploma course. As Mr. Rajeev said people who has 10 years of experience, this will add something more to the CV. People who planned continue their course after UG, PGDBA specialization as HR will be the right choice.
This is just a suggestion, decision is yours.

But I dont have idea of doing Ph D so far. Just planned to have some qualification in HR in a reputed university. In symbiosis they have lots of practical assignments to do, I mean for each subject students have to submit 2 assignments totally 20 papers so appx 40 assignments in the period of 2 years.
As I was in consultancy before, I met so many MBA students out of that students who did their PG (Distance education) at LIBA, Symbiosis, Anna university, pondicherry university were so good comparitively.
I collected the details from all this universities, out of that I found Anna university and Symbiosis were good and tough to complete. Thats why I choosed this, i had also applied in Anna university and preparing for entrance exams...
