i just want to know that if any employee is not been able to attend a meeting on national holiday,employer can send any showcause letter,if employer send then what should the employee do?

Dear All,
One of the employee in my Organization is absent from 2 Days and that too without authorized signature to her HOD
It show per behavior towards is very casually and irresponsible .she keep on repeating her misbehavior
please suggest me how should i go forward. I think that he has absconded.
Is there any warning letter or Termination letter that has to be sent??
If you have any letter, kindly send that ASAP.

Show cause notice has been given to company employee. following points are : (i) Absent from duty without prior permission/ information. (ii) Excess usage of operational mobile in spite of verbal warning. (iii) Causal attitude on operational matter/issue in routine.

First check the terms of employment i.e terms mentioned in the appointment letter. If it says action deemed fit as per company rules the what the company rules says so. and further if there is no company rule and apply the model rules as per law. I hope this will help you to decide course of action.
