HR Generalist role includes all the general activities of HR, like payroll, Compensation & Benefits, etc., here the person will not be specialized in any particular vertical but will be taking care of HR as a general, or even it may include Admin part as well. But when we talk about Core HR, it will not include anything except HR, & also it will be specialization in any of the HR activities.
