Please tell me which document are required new of Central / State Govt. labour licence under contract labour R&A act 1970 its very urgent so please consider and tell me.

1) Is labour license required to be taken if we have less than 10 manpower per location of deployment , and total number of locations are 15 ? 2) do we need to check the above in all states separately ? urgent opinion will be greatly appreciated.

Respected Sir/Madam,
We are labour contractor and now our Contract is completed and we dont want to continue the other contract further so, we wanted to surrender our labour licence to RLC, can anybody give the procedure for surrendering of labour licence and related documents to submit to the RLC Office.

Hi All,
Few days back I have joined a small construction company in Visakhapatnam and I found company not taken labour licence till now and also not registered PF (Because employees and labour not more than 20) . But now our company looking to extend staff & workers up to 150 ( 30 staff +100 labour). So please tell me how many licence I need to register/taken ( i.e. Contract labour license , Inter state Migrant labour licence (some worker came from other states) , PF, ESI (if applicable) & BOCW ) for above 20 members in my organization. Please suggestion me.

Please go to the nearest Meeseva centre and ask for the relevant form. Then they will help you in registering your establishment under BOCW Act and obtaining Licence also under Contract Labour Act.
PF and ESI you can register online. If you find any difficulty you can approach ESI Branch Office at Gajuwaka, who can help you in this regard.
