Please tell us which Labour Law provides for leave as advised by you.
I will once again request everyone to please NOT to offer half baked and baseless advice.
What Sourabh has advised is all wrong.
Please understand that it is either the factories Act or the Shops Act which defines provisions for Leave
There is nothing called Fixed Leave. Sourabh is confusing it with National & Festival Holidays.

Dear Amit,
What you have stated applies to factories, not units covered under Shops Act.
In both situations provisions for leave are dealt with differently.
Please read both the Acts and then decide.
