one employee is abc his deducted the pf and after 3 year hi had withdrawal pf but some contribution is getting 58 years but my question how is getting my 8.33% and 3.67% which was withdrawal but that time employer signature is not mandatory

Be frank, I did not get your query properly but I am trying to answer it on the presumption that you had worked for 3 years and have had your share of PF only withdrawn and would go for withdrawal of the pension fund contribution when you attain 58 years of age. First of all let me say that if you had only 3 years of service you could have taken withdrawal benefit of pension fund also. If you had opted for scheme certificate in lieu of withdrawal benefit, instead of cash you should have received a certificate from the Ministry of Labour. Since you had only 3 years of service and if you are not continuing in employment with any other establishment with PF and Pension contributions, the scheme certificate is no use and you can surrender it and take withdrawal benefit at any time. On the other hand, if you are presently employed and are contributing to PF, you can use the scheme certificate when you apply for pension on attaining the age of 58 years.

Secondly, when you apply for withdrawal benefits, whether the employer's signature is required or not will depend upon whether you have linked your adhar with the UAN. Since you had withdrawn the PF, I don't think that any Universal Account Number (UAN) has been generated for you. In the absence of this, attestation by the employer is mandatory for applying withdrawal benefit of pension fund. At the same time, if your establishment is closed then you can get the form attested by a gazetted officer or bank manager and submit it to the PF office.
