For EL Calu u have to take calendar year i.e Jan-Dec(Leave calucalation) paid days have to take for calu like(No: of EL's/No: of Working days*No: of Paid days)
Ex: (Last Increment basic+Last increment VDA)/30*No: of EL's.

The Labour Welfare fund is in Tamil Nadu (not only Channai) is deposted in a year and the last date of the same is 31st Jan of every year to the TAMILNADU LABOUR WELFARE COMMISSIONER, The contribution form the worker side is Rs,5/=(per 12 month) and Rs 10/= (per 12 month)from employers side.
