Hi
In my opinion HR's most important responsibility is to deal with People first. Whom you choose for your company and what role is to be provided according to their qualification and ability. We have to direct them at every phase of life and also trace them whether they are in form or not.. your proper coordination and feedback is most important.. by the side take care of all paper formalities and keep motivate them by offering them gifts, movie tickets either on festivals or on their best perfomances.
HR is the person who is mostly cursed by their employees.. we should be strict to the task by the side we must also know how to make them understand your position..
Thanks
Vaishali

Dear Vishwanath,
It is good that you have done Postgraduation in HR. Is it a parttime course or full time(2 yrs). You are graduated from which field; science(B.Sc), pharmacology(B.Pharm),commerce(B.Com/BMS) or arts(BA)?. That depends while scrutinizing your CV by any company. More over, what project you did during your graduation course. What are your skills, achievement, new knowledge. First find out this. You can mail me on my mailID
You will get desired opening. Regards,
