Excellent work. I was able to open the originally uploaded with no problems. There are definitely areas for improvement but the overall quality of this manual is great. I would like to use your manual, per your permission, with sections added and others removed to fit my training needs in addition to some formatting changes. I'll post it in this thread once I am done with it for others to benefit from.
