it is illegal .the company will have to face lot of problems if aperson who is working and recive spilted salary that too a another person name if any thing happends to him while he was in service either he has to recive the lowwer compensation or anything happend dto the personwho is not employee the company has to give more.

  • Practice followed by your company is unethical and illegal.
  • In case your employer comes to know that, you have published the Unscrupulous pratice followed by your company on Citehr and further you are soliciting advise on it openly, you may face problems and tough time.
  • You seem to be novice in HR Field. Be careful and be tactful.
  • As regards your querry, answer is simple. You have devided salary of one employee between two persons for his and your convinience, so whenever you are calculating anything treatment will be same in case of both persons.
  • Try and stop this kind of illegal and unethical pratice and don't be a party to it.
