*** What training, Skills, Behaviour or Attitude.
1) Types of personnel you have, the organisation chart
2) Check what your Mission and Vision is
3) Align your Training in achieving each divisions mission and vision.
4) Check if the Job Description , Job Profile and the Candidates are matched properly, if not re-align
5) Start asking all your managers what are the gaps in the skillset.
What Behaviour would you like to promote in your organisation.
6) Start your TNA from TOP and then Bottom to top.
