By the way, designing KRAs is not that easy. Just because someone has spent a few decades in a particular industry is no guarantee that he/she becomes competent to design KRAs. It requires special expertise.

Recently, I provided consulting services to establish a comprehensive PMS for a 30-year public limited in the pharma industry. I introduced 90 new measures across 13 major departments. The HODs were startled at the introduction of the new measures.
